Privacy policy
How the delivered static RoamVPN.com website handles—or deliberately does not collect—visitor information.
Effective date: October 19, 2026
Static website design
The delivered RoamVPN.com website is a static publication. It does not include user accounts, contact forms, newsletter forms, search inputs, payment processing, comments, advertising pixels, behavioral analytics, or third-party font requests. The HTML, stylesheets, scripts, and images are served as files.
Information you choose to send
If you email [email protected], the message, address, headers, attachments, and related correspondence are processed by the email services used by the sender and recipient. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, private keys, full diagnostic exports, confidential employer data, or payment information.
Server logs
A hosting provider may create standard server or security logs containing a network address, requested path, time, user agent, referrer, response status, and similar operational data. The exact logging and retention behavior depends on the deployment environment and must be documented by the operator of that environment. This static package does not add application-level logging.
Local storage and cookies
The delivered site does not set cookies or use browser local storage. The mobile menu and scroll effects run in memory during the page session. A future hosting platform, consent system, security service, analytics product, or embedded third-party feature could change that behavior and would require this policy to be updated.
External links
Field Notes contain limited links to authoritative external sources. Following a link sends a request to that third party, which applies its own privacy and logging practices. RoamVPN.com cannot control those systems.
Data rights and contact
Because the static site does not maintain user accounts or a publication database of visitor profiles, there is no account dashboard. Questions about editorial correspondence or the deployed site can be sent to [email protected]. Requests relating to hosting logs may need to be directed to the hosting operator.
Changes
This policy should be revised when the deployed site adds analytics, forms, advertising, accounts, embedded media, content-delivery services with new data practices, or other processing not described here. The effective date should reflect the substantive update.
